Profyn is accounting software built for small business owners, developed by ProFuturePlan (Pty) Ltd. It brings invoicing, quotations, bookkeeping, payroll, inventory, banking, expenses, cash flow and financial reporting into one secure cloud platform, so owners spend less time on admin and accountants receive properly organised records.

Who builds Profyn
Profyn is a product of ProFuturePlan (Pty) Ltd, trading as Profyn, based in South Africa. ProFuturePlan is the parent company and builds practical financial tools for growing businesses. Profyn is designed for South Africa first — Rand pricing, SARS-aligned payroll and VAT, and PayFast payments — with a structure built to expand to additional countries as we grow.
