Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date and we will refund the amount paid for that billing period.

Every account also starts with a free 30-day trial, so you can try the Starter features before you are charged R149 per month.

To request a refund, email us at support@profutureplan.com and we will help you.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. Your bank or card issuer may take a few working days to reflect the credit.

You can cancel at any time from the Billing page in your account. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep paid access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Your records stay available for export before deletion.
