How QuickSnap AI works

Use your phone camera, drag in a PDF or scan multiple pages into one document bundle.
2. AI extraction
QuickSnap AI reads the supplier, VAT number, line items, totals, dates and currency, with a confidence score per field.
3. You review
Low-confidence fields are flagged. You correct anything that needs it before saving — AI assists, you stay in control.
4. Matched and filed
The entry is linked to the right invoice, expense or payment, and the original document is stored in your Document Vault.
