How does the free trial work?
Free is permanently available. When you select Starter, you get a 30-day trial of QuickSnap AI, payroll, inventory, forecasting and collaboration without entering a card.
When and how do I pay?
Starter costs R149 per month and Professional costs R399 per month, billed in South African Rand. PayFast securely processes recurring payments. Profyn records each successful payment in Billing History and sends a branded confirmation email.
What does PayFast process?
PayFast securely processes:
- Card and payment processing
- Subscription renewals and timing
- Payment authentication and fraud prevention
ProFuturePlan (Pty) Ltd is the seller of the software and handles plans, invoices, cancellations, refunds and product support. PayFast only receives the information needed to complete payment.
How do I cancel?
You can cancel at any time:
- Sign in, go to Settings → Billing, and choose "Cancel subscription".
Cancelling stops future charges immediately. You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
What happens if I cancel during the trial?
You do not need to cancel the Starter trial. If you have not subscribed, no card is charged; your business returns to Starter when the 30 days end.
Will I lose my data if I cancel?
No. Your records stay yours. After paid access ends, your business returns to Starter. You can still use Starter features and export your records.
